The purpose of Research on
Academic Mobility: an overview, list of researchers and bibliography is to
investigate the variety and richness of current research approaches to
Academic Mobility. The book
is divided into two main sections. In the first section, data from a survey
on researching Academic
Mobility is introduced and some answers are provided to the question Who does what, and when
and where does this take place? Answers are also documented in
regard to the questions: Why and
what do researchers learn while working on
Academic Mobility? and, What
remains to be done?
Section 2 lists the names of researchers who are currently working on
Academic Mobility
and their contact details. A bibliography of the field (with unpublished
and forthcoming references)
concludes the book.
The book is of interest to young researchers who are considering working
in the field in the future,

anyone who wants to know more
about Academic Mobility.
