Richard Wagner's Operas
Der Ring des Nibelungen (1848-76)
Libretto: Richard Wagner
I have gathered here also some e-mails written by Dr. Jane Ennis for OPERA-L discussion list.
These e-mails are based on her dissertation that deals with the relationship between Wagner's
Ring and William Morris' Sigurd the Volsung. Because there was so many messages, I have saved
them in five parts:

Many thanks for Jane Ennis for giving the permission to publish her texts here, and for the
listowner Bob Kosovsky for helping me to find the e-mails.
