The view to north from the place where Mikko Hokana was born in Kemijarvi. I´m standing and photographing where the house were 1790 - 1930. They moved to Jaatila 1872. Nils Petter´s syster and brother lived in the house after that. It was sold to strangers about 50 years ago.

The strand. There were a good place to swim 200 yards up the river.

I do´nt know if this old building were there already in 1872.

This is the view where the family Karppa lived 1620-1790.
