  General structureof the brains
 Nervous system is composed of millions of cells. All the cells
are specialized to the certain purpose. So nervous cells form
different kind of centers in human brains. All we know example
of the ear bones and how they mediate the voice signal to the brains
When the voice signal becomes to the brains it first becomes to the
hearing center. The purpose of this center is to shape the signal
so that the center of centers consciousness can receive the signal.
                   So we understand that there is a hierarchy in the
human body as in the nervous system. Conciousness forms the highest
part of this hierarchy. All the senses have a center that shapes the signal
in aparticular way . Then there are also other centers for instance
pleasure center that increases in the signal a pleasure value.Pleasure
is very important in intelligence and in the control structures of
the human mind

   Memory

All the knowledge that human receive are restored in the memory that I call big memory because it includes all the information that we have. Also other centers of the brains icluding consciousness have memory capacity. When we recieve th information at day time the information is during sleep unloaded to the memory. That is the meaning of the sleep for human beings. During sleep we see the happenings of the last day connected to the contents of the memory.

  Sub-structures of the mind

  Human mind consists of many centers. Central center is consciousness. Then there are many memorises.  Sigmund Freud divided mind in three parts id, ego and superego. In this theory thsese concepts are tantamount to different memory and  centers of the mind. . Basic center is also so called control center. Its basic task is to control the flow of information beetween the parts of the mind Control center then lies between consciousness and the memory. So the power of the consciousness is limited byt he control center.

Birth of the neurological illnesses

Neurological illnesses are born in nervous system. In this paper I deal with the problems of the brains. The mind is consisted of the centers and the sub centers and the memories. Most important are consciousness and control centers, that control the flow of knowledge between centers and memories. 

- meaning of the dreams

   Dreams are very important in understanding of the mind. We remember the happenings of the past in different ways before and after sleep. This is because consciousness has its short duration memory and then information flows to big memory. After sleep we forget most of the previous day . During the sleep the memory of the consciousness is unloaded to big memory through the control center. So the contents of the memories are united and organized. That is what happens in the dreams. So the control center is in the focus of the mind. Neurogical defects are problems in the diffrent sensecenters and controlcenter. These effects are also valid in many pathological cases as many politicians. In fact those people who think objectively and freely are quite rare.

Th reasons for neurological disorders are many. Most important is violence,wether it is physical, economical or psychological or sexual or unfortune. All these are resored in our memory system and affect disorders. Especially importat are problems in human relationships. When control systems takes over the consciousness there becomes severe mostly neurotic etc. dysfunctions in conduct. Neurological systems act electrochemically. So their dysfunctions are also in many ways chemical. That opens new possibilities in the cure of deppression and also other illnesses. Because politiscians and their violential conduct is one of the basic reasons of the illnesses it is important that they are in active therapeutic cure. It is possible to discarge the tensions of the mind  psychologically reorganizing information and by cehmically via medicine.
