Java Runtime Environment
If you are installing Java Runtime to your WinXP AND using Mozilla / Opera /
Netscape, you got to be in Administrator group. For some reason:

If you are normal user, you don't have permission to install
-
If you are Administrator and havent installed Mozilla, you get Java installed
for only Internet Explorer
So: log in as Administrator, set your normal useraccount to the Administrator
group. Log out and then in as your normal user account, Install Java, Return to
Administrator, set youself back to normal user group, reboot again as a normal
user and continue.
