Human work in the net and real lifeSometimes while working with the computers you meet real flowers. Here is a kind of sample |

In my DELL Lattitude x300 I have an internal Bluetooth connector. This picture
tells us that the Bluetooth cable is unblugged ;)

Windows XP started to run Amok. It opened and opened 1394 onnections by itself to the toolbar. Rebooting didn't help. I had to clean then out one by one. |

Totally unexpected error for WinWP. The floppy in the drive was write protected |

If they dont know by Microsoft, what it is, they at least know how to make an error message of it (WinXP) |

After installing the drivers for an Intel mainboard we got this window many times. After about six reboots it disappeared. |
|||||||||||||||
This came when we tried to connect to a network drive with Win98se. It would be
nice to know how an error can be 'extended'

Which of them contains correct information. These Pieces of information were on the screen of WinXP at the same time and nothing was arranged by hand. |

At GDIs page there is a funny script. You select what you want from a list ("Download" on red) and the script gives you a new list Download". You should move your cursor to that list and select an item "Download Utility". Fine idea, exept that the new list disappears, when you move your cursor towards the list ! Another thing is that the text on the pages is mostly garbled, if you happend to use Latin fonts. The third thig is that all the utilities, you want to download, are behind passwords |

HP / Compaq made a portable High End = High Prise handheld iPaq h5450. Here we
have one picture of a extremely handy connector for the car adapter. It extends
itself about three inches from the fragile bottom connector of the iPaq. So far
the little
connection card in the iPaq has been changed two times. The process takes about
three weeks: two weeks to get thru the HP/Compaq telephone helpdesk, two days
in the mail and an hour for the operation and one week back to my hands.

Another two pictures are of the iPaq itself in the extremely portable table stand which you need, if you want to move material between your PC and iPaq. So far I have newer owned a suitcase big enough for this sculpture. Notice the 100 cm long cables whu are rigid as hell. In iPaq h5450 there is as more bells and whistless than you can use having Microsoft OS. The Wlan kind of works but why on earth should there be about 125 pages for the network setup ?!
One funny thing is this audio adapter. So far I have not found any original
source for it's design. Until today I found
this
. It seems possible, that there might be both audio in and audio out, if you
use a 4-ring 3.5 mm blug:
Still I wonder, if it could be possible to modify this connector to be used as an external power connector. In documentation there is no mention about the the schematics of the system, but it should not be owerhelmingly difficult to spread some thin there for example so that we connect the sleeve to external ground and tip to the external Vss. The audio lines can not be DC connected to the PA in the PDA, so it should work without anything but a strip from the tip to the power line of the abovementioned idiotic system connector. The next step would be to remove this idiotic system connector and replace it with miniature female DB19 connectore You can quess if I dare to try the fingerprint identification in a device with Microsoft OS ;) |

This text in Internet Explorer tells you that this Microsoft web page is designed to work only with Microsoft Windows operating system. Should we understand this so, that Windows 98 is not anymore a Microsoft OS. Is it then freeware ? |

Apache Tomcat 6This text here is just an example. There is thousands like this. It is taken from the home page of this product. The header proudly gives an impression that in this chapter they are going to tell you what this product is. I came to this page, when I found a process running in a PC of my customer. I saw it there but found no information, so I tried with Google and foud this. Still I have no idea what they are trying to sell |

Windows COPYPress OK and you have to restart the COPY process. Normally this message appears, when you have copied about 99% of some multi gigabyte material. There is no way to know what has and what has not been copied. Just start again and hope for the best. You can not use XCOPY with atributes, if you are copying from a network drive, possibly Linux server. |
