The idea of the SITMASK comic strips emerged in December 2017 as a result of my inner need to express and discuss the often hilarious but also in a way sad dating situations in the 21st century. Dating sure is fun when it’s supposed to be just that but finding ‘the right’ man or woman seems to be hard for most of us and at least for me dating starts to feel rather punishing.

Are we stuck in ‘situation masks’ which prevents us from encountering ‘the one/s’? Or should we just stop romanticizing and get over the idea of finding a soulmate? Instead of just analyzing this crappy ‘meet-date-dissappoint’ crusade, I’m going to enjoy my time and make it more interesting by bringing alive the different stories of dating situations.
