This pheasant was in a flock of about a hundered pheaasants. This bird has both characters of male and female plumages. The characters are most easily explained as the bird being an old female with male characteristics having developped due to age or hormone imbalance.
Lintu oli sadan fasaanin parvessa. Linnulla on sekä koiraan että naaraan
piirteitä, mutta kokonaisuudessaan lintu on helpoimmin selitettävissä
vanhana naaraslintuna, jolle on kehittynyt koiraan piirteitä korkean iän tai hormooniepätasapainon johdosta.
