In a semi-established population of Bar-headed Geese a couple of hybrids have
emerged and been there at least since 2001. One parent of these two birds
appears to a Bar-headed Goose Anser indicus , the second parent
appears to be an branta. It has been speculated to be a Barnacle goose.
Puoliksi vakiintuneessa Kemijoen sellutehtaan intianhanhipopulaatiossa on
pari riesteymää. Toisena osapuolena on ilmeisimmin intianhanhi, ja toinen
emoista vaikuttaa olevan branta, minkä on arveltu olevan valkoposkihanhen.
