I have been working on questions related to early modern philosophy since my Ph.D. on Leibniz in 2001. My research mainly focuses on the connection of Kant’s critical philosophy to early modern philosophy. I have also been working on contemporary metaphysics, as well as on philosophy of mind and language.
I am currently a Senior Research Fellow in the Emil Aaltonen Foundation research project The Modern View of Concepts: Origins and Critique (led by Valtteri Viljanen).
